Wii U eShop updates - 10/24/13 (North America)

This week the North American Wii U eShop sees seven newcomers. The NES games Baseball and Pinball are available to download, and there are five retail titles that will be released on October 29th, including Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Batman Arkham Origins, Sonic: Lost World, Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, and Monster High: 13 Wishes. Batman: Arkham Origins

  • Available starting October 29th
  • Prequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum
  • Features young version of the Dark Knight as he takes on a number of villains for the first time in his career
  • Wii U version is missing online multiplayer mode, but costs $10 less than the other versions
  • Developed by Warner Bros. Interactive rather than Rocksteady, who created the first two titles in the series

Sonic: Lost World

Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures

  • 3D platformer starring redesigned version of the iconic character
  • Based on the animated series of the same name
